You're going to need to do some troubleshooting before we can give you much more for suggestions, such as what's missing, spark, proper air/fuel ratio, or compression? The easiest to check for may be to use some throttle body cleaner in the throttle body to see if the engine sputters or maybe even starts, indicating a lack of sufficient fuel. If you have a spark tester, check for spark on a few cylinders. I'm not sure I'd worry about compression yet unless you have a compression tester handy.
