If check engine light not on at present time the problem is not present at the time.

WAS THE CODES PRESENT OR HISTORY CODE?
As with any codes clear codes and see if any returns.

157 and 160 point to a 02 sensor or or 02 sensor heater circuit problem on bank 2. With 157 being a heater or circuit problem bank 2 sensor 1.
If either or both codes come back after clearing go threw the repair chart for the code.

1345 code is cam/crank sensor correlation problem.
First step is to check cam/crank sensor retard setting with a engine capable scanner.
Setting needs to be as close to - or + 0 degrees as you can get it.

If 3 or over 3 - or + degrees the VCM will set code 1345.

You will need a engine capable scanner and a good REPAIR MANUAL FLOW CHARTS to check everything out.

Camshaft retard setting is just like setting timing used to be.
You have to move dist left or right to set it.
Let us know how it goes.
