You have to send it in to Badger for repairs. It takes special tooling to replace it. The needle bearing is covered under a life time warrenty. All you have to do is send them your brush with a note saying the the bearing needs replacing and they will do the repairs free of charge. I actually have my airbrush over there right now for the same reason. If you have any questions, just give them a call. They are all nice people and are very helpful.
