Do you have electric locks? if so, you can buy a remote keyless entry module off Ebay for about $35-- for another $20, you can add the remote starter and keyless entry combo.

If manual locks, (no buttons on the doors etc) you can put electric actuators in each door (kit costs about $39- for a four door) and then add the keyless entry with either remote start or just by itself....I've done it both ways- depends on what the owner wants to do.
