stick with the 5w30 unless you have a really good reason not to. The viscosity at operating temp is not a whole lot different for a 5w30 and a 10w30, and the 5w30 pumps better at low temps.
fyi, many new cars are coming / will be coming from the factory with 5w-20 or 0w-20 oil in the sump.
