There is a drain hole in the lower intake manifold that leads to the #3 intake runner. If there is a fuel leak on the left side in the plenum, the raw fuel drains into #3 cylinder. Same set up on the passenger side with cylinder #4.

If you didn't replace the O rings on the fuel lines where they connect to the injector housing, they might be the culprit. If not, it could be a leaky injector, or one of the fuel lines to a poppet valve might be leaking.

Check the bottom of the injector housing for leaks too, could even be a leaky fuel pressure regulator:
