This pit lane photo also seems to show it in orange
That part was dark during the LM'97 pre-qualifying but haven't seen a photo in which it wouldn't be the orange on the track during the race week(end).
This one maybe shows the driver names the best, so the respray has them in lower case, not in capital letters as the original had them.
I'm not so sure when exactly these pictures are taken during the LM'97 week.
