For that length of time you've pretty much got it covered.
You can either disconnect the battery (which may need recharging anyway) or attach a trickle charger.
The tires may need air before going back on the road or you can over-inflate them a few pounds before leaving it there.
Is it stored indoors? The following is still recommended.
If outside with grass underneath, place rodent deterrent around the engine compartment and also inside the vehicle.
There are a number of ways, but my neighbor who leaves her mobile home at a park year round, places dryer sheets in likely entrance ways.
