Spent the week sanding this model and working on another project: a slammed Miata.
Speaking of slammed, here's the front suspension on the Porsche.
I've shortened the shock struts by about 2mm and then shaved about 1mm off the little spacers between the chassis and the front suspension piece. As the steering uses the shocks as a pivot point, I drilled them and ran a some bald needles through them to give them extra strength.
I finally decided to spray it with primer to better see the surface imperfections. The fact that I used different types of putties wasn't such a good idea, I got some cracks in the rear fenders

Second bad news is that I ran out of primer after the first light coat

Damn it, it's a Saturday and it's snowing outside, I have to wait till next week to get another can
