You don't need to get a new hood. It will fit fine with your stock hood. Your going to need to buy a mount kit for it. You'll need to modify your shift linkage for it to fit the tranny right (chop about 2 inches out), you'll to have your exhaust modified to accept the B-series header, the holes don't line up at the cat. Not really too much if the price is right, i would really check with the guy on the mileage, how the clutch was, your probally going to want to change the timing belt, water pump, maybe oil pan gasket while it's out and other little things like that, they can add up quick too. Oh you'll also need the axels.
