After it stalls it takes a lot longer cranking to start. Seems to be a fuel delivery problem.

I have had to run 10% ethanol the last 1 1/2 years.
Could this be a pump or fuel filter problem? I'd like to avoid the diagnostic cost at the local dealer. To my knowledge the pump and filter have never been changed. I have had the car for four years and it had only 13,000 miles on it when I got it.

Thanks!
put a can of sea foam in it to clean injectors that is a can with full tank i run it in everything i drive and my bike to.
