had similar problem few months back

Check the following:

fuel pressure ( you got 2 pumps and the high flow might not be putting enough out)

Timing it self

Cat converter

Check for spark by the gap size to see if it is getting enough spark ( oreilly's sells spark testing tools for about 10-15 bucks)


My truck stalled out not be hold sounded like it was timing issue but kept running till i completely lost my intank fuel pump and high pressure pump was only putting 25 psi out and replaced both pumps timing chain pulled cat out to find out it was also blown out.
