Hi, just read your post, you say all the fuses are good, you should have a red/light blue wire going to your clutch interlock switch(if manual) or neutral safety switch(automatic), check for voltage. If so, check the opposite side of the switch with the clutch depressed(manual) or in park or neutral(automatic), for voltage. If no voltage replace the safety switch or clutch switch, whichever you have(provided you are getting the supplied voltage to the switch). If voltage there then check for voltage on the same color wire at the solenoid . If not there trace the wire back until it runs in the passenger compartment under your dash for breaks in the wire.
