You want the 360 pipes to look real
While the 360 exhaust looks neat painted that way, the exhaust manifold on the real car looks nothing like that, color-wise. A trip to the Ferrari dealer, where I went into the service area and saw one taken apart for collision repair and another getting a new transmission showed me what it looked like (it's hard to see when the car is assembled).
The real part isn't shiny, having more of a uniform dull-metal appearance. Painting it a light dull iron color is closest to original appearance, perhaps dusting it very lightly with clear orange or yellow but not much.
That said, the part on the model isn't easy to see either, so paint it any way you want!
BTW, the big plated rectangular muffler at the back should be overcoated with a tiny amount of clear yellow, to give it a very slightly silvery-brass color to look correct. The color in the last curve of the pipes before the exhaust tips is pretty close, and the color of the curve closest to the muffler is pretty close to what the exhaust manifolds should be.
