That's probably correct. According to
this article on page 3 (found through Google), "Note that a third category of brake fluids exists – mineral fluids. These are used in some Citroens, Rolls Royces, Audis and Jaguars. These systems use pressurised oils in systems that have no SBR compounds. These fluids are coloured green."
