Steps to fix fit problems:
[list=1][*]Puzzle over what's wrong[*]Go over instructions again and again[*]Find no problem with assembly[*]Disassemble chassis into major components anyway[*]Re-read instructions[*]Re-assemble and cement into place[*]Find out that fit problem is still there[*]Pull hair out[*]Make a jig like this. Tie it tight with a rubber band to keep it flat. Place plastic sheet spacers below the front chassis to force it to bend upwards. Apply pressure so that the chassis bends in a way it's not supposed to. Imagine it groaning in pain.
[*]Blast the whole assembly with hot air from a hair dryer for 2 minutes.[*]Stand back and admire fit of the cowling.
