the fuel tank and you are on the driver side. this side does have more weight. Is this 2wd ?? If so the front springs sag on all these type vehicles.

with 4wd if the front is adjusted correctly by the torsion bars, then replace the rear springs [both sides] and make sure the shocks are good or replace because bad shocks or over loading will damage the leaf springs.

with aftermarket lift kits , the blocks used will cause this .
