FWIW I tried to sell a car on E-bay had about 150 watching and 15 bidders some asking what I'd sell the car for. Did a 2nd auction a week later with about the same results. Eventually somebody that had low bid the car bought it a month later close to what I wanted for it. You just never know when somebody will show up with money.
Sadly everybody thinks anything for sale is a fire sale these days.
I'll bet even if you cut the price 20% or 30% you'd still get low balled.
Keep the faith eventually it will go.
