I tried to restart it barely idled. the engine temp got to230 degrees. I let it cool off . when I tried to start it again all it would do is crank over. I put an in line spark tester on it . I have no spark. what can be the of this now?????? I have in the recent past installed distributor w/cap,rotor , new crank sensor , coil, plugs and wires
the only thing in the chain I haven't replaced is the ( Ignition control module) is there away to test this thing?
Many parts stores have a tester Advance and Auto Zone will test them free.
Why did the temperature go so high make sure this problem is fixed as this will fry a module in the distributor.
