Put the lug nuts back on all the way (finger tight) then back them off a 1/4 to a 1/2 turn. Drive the van a 100 feet or so while turning the steering wheel rapidly left and right. The weight of the van will break the rim loose for you.

BTW, this works well for stuck on rotors and drums too.
