It looks complicated, but was surprisingly easy to achieve, just a little skill and patience is needed.

The important thing is to drill all the locating holes well. I first use a pin in a pin vice (of course!) to make a very shallow guide hole, this makes drilling an accurately centred hole far more easy. I then drilled a 0.5mm hole wherever I wanted a hose or plug and expanded this to 0.6mm after painting. A couple of these the went off centre but don't show unless you look really closely. I then placed a drop super glue on the wire and pushed it in to the hole using tweezers. Each wire was added a minute later to allow the glue to dry on the previous wire. An extra drop of super glue was added on to any wire that was going to be bent at a severe angle, most of them in this case!
