this unit if you remove can be repaired only by a gm repair center. these parts are all top secret. given the age it might last another year before it fails again. you will pay over 200.00 to get this fixed.

I would dump the cd and get a unit that plays mp3 and has , the other inputs that is up to date. these will cost much less than this old out dated cd equipment.
