Be patient. The kit is just now hitting most hobby shops, only a few offered it a couple weeks early with a special "preferred partner" program by Revell.

Considering the vast majority of the 1:1's are running the highly polished aka "chrome looking" wheels...I hate them too.

Strip the chrome and paint the wheels in the regular or dark finish paint that is also offered on the ZR1. I'm building the Viper ACR, took a minute to evaporate the chrome w/Easy Off oven cleaner. I left the clear undercoat since it was smooth. Painted gloss black, nobody would ever know how awful they looked in chrome
