Noises are very difficult to diagnose over the Internet. Based on your description it could also be tires, wheel bearings, or something rubbing.

Does the noise only become audible above a certain vehicle speed, or does it seem to be related to engine speed? Does it change when turning the vehicle? Is it louder with the windows rolled down, or no longer perceivable with the windows down?
