Maybe I've always been a kamikaze kinda modeller (cut first ask question later
), but I always paint the window frame usually handbrush (with no masking) using enamel. With little practice (and lots of patience) who needs masking tape :finger:
OF course I will make mistakes and paint outside the frame, but that's the reason I always use lacquer for body color (or lacquer coat on top of enamel) and use enamel for the window frame; so I can wipe off mistakes with enamel thinner :licker:
