The main difference between the three and four terminal relays is the three terminal ones are grounded through the case via the mounting bolt, the four terminal relays are not.
Here is how the 4 terminal like you have should be wired, keep in mind it DOES NOT matter which terminal you use for what, the wires just need to all go to the same respective terminals....
one of the bigs - the cable from the battery
the other big - the cable to the starter, plus all the little wires that go to the truck harness, ignition coil, etc...
one little - switch wire to the keyswitch
other little - make a jumper wire that goes from the terminal in question back to underneath the mounting bolt.
You SHOULD NOT have any, repeat any terminals that have nothing on them....
