when the race first starts and you kind of take a little right near the Police Station...T-bone, jack knife or whatever him. Try and hit his rear fenders so that he will spin out. The Sabre Turbo's handling kind of sucks. As for the rest of the race, when you take corners, try and use the sidewalks and cut corners. That's all I can think of.

Oh yea, you can't shoot or blow up his car. It is indestructible for some odd reason. His door is also locked.
