Kind of off the wall question...

The water pressure at my apartment sucks. It sucks so bad, that when I try to use my hose outside, it doesn't spray far (that's what he said). I want to wash my car port down since it's filled with oil and coolant and gas, and use that driveway cleaner stuff, but I really need water coming out a little harder. Is there a way to adjust that or make it better? It's not just the outside hose (although probably the worse from everything); the shower and sinks kind of suck too.

Any fixes for that?
