Go to the thread Factory Service Manual just above your thread title, follow instructions. Then go to Section EM. pdf, then go to page 20 in that section and it will have instructions of procedure.

The torque spec for water pump is 144 to 180 inch pounds at 1/4 turn increments.

Do yourself a favor and install new thermostat at this time also, much easier.

What I did on mine was align the belt with mark on oil pump, then using some white out I painted the marks on the cam shafts and sid of belt where the timing marks are for better visability, counting the belt teeth to make sure proper setting was achieved.
