pull the front ABS wheel speed sensors. inspect the grease color . it should be a bluish grease. if rust/red colored it is the bearing failing. if the ABS mounting surface is rusted this may have forced the sensor out of position , this now farther from the hub toothed wheel will also cause this. then the cable may have gotten into the brake rotor..

disconnect the sensor connector and spin the hub you should get 380milli volts AC. my new hub puts out .5volts or 500milli volts ac.

less than 350 milli volts this is bad..
