you most likely have water/contaminated fuel. I believe its quite wet your way . water reacts with the fuel/alcohol, then the filter/ injectors get plugged up.
if you don't use this vehicle much always use a fuel stabilizer..
could also be corroded connections at the ECT sensor or the sensor itself. measure the fuel pressure to be sure the fuel pump/filter is ok .pressure should be about 47psi . need a fuel pressure guage.
this is with the lack of any dtc failure codes/service engine light.
