Here's what you should look: Body and under frame rust, transfer case operation (low and high gear), oil pan leaks, lower arms bushings (they are probably worn t out), sway bar links, drives shaft seals, any other leaks by looking underneath. Don't be scared of drive test it before you buy. Make sure transmission shifts all gears smoothly and in good relation with motor RPM. Turn off radio to ear any suspect noises. Don't get me wrong, these are reliable trucks if it has been pampered. You can make more than 300,000km with it. I have two (me and my wife) and glad to have them.
