At first , with the evaporator 85% stopped up , ( and most likely the drain ) the blower was blowing out where ever it could escape along with the moisture that couldn't drain . I figured that was more debris in there...
when things cool down your way remove the air inlet grill on the hood/windshield area and give it a good cleaning ..If the screen is damaged replace with some insect screen ..
