I may have answered my own problem . At first , with the evaporator 85% stopped up , ( and most likely the drain ) the blower was blowing out where ever it could escape along with the moisture that couldn't drain . Once I cleaned the drain and the evaporator core and put it all back together ,( keep in mind that I'm in HOT ,HUMID ,HOUSTON, ), with an outside fan blowing on me and the inside of dash, hot humid air as I worked, and the now cold operating A/C , WaLa , much condensation. The Wife drove it yesterday and reported no leaks .I did blow out the drain again last nite to be sure and hopefully that's it . Thanks to all that helped .
