99 Intrigue won't crank
I have a 99 Intrigue that suddenly won't crank. When the key is turned on, the instrument panel comes up, but it won't turn over. I never had any service lights or any other indication of a problem.
The starter and battery have both been tested. The security light does come up (solid, not flashing) when the key is in the ACC position, and the column does not lock. I can't remember if the steering column ever did lock or not.
We have tried shifting the car to neutral and it won't turn over. Does anyone know what could possibly be wrong? I can't find any blown fuses either..
