Yes, it is on the pass. firewall just below where the glove-box would be inside. You can't see it from top side really. I tried to take a picture of it from below but it was too dark and my camera wouldn't focus at all.

It just drips water straight out of that duck-bill end straight down to the ground. When it is sealed up on the firewall properly anyway!
