Yes most are 8-12 hrs hard work.
Most short cuts are learned by doing them.
Find a dealer tech and see if he will give you some pointers.
But.
It does not have a easy button?
How many miles?
Any warranty left on it?

Have you checked with the dealer for recalls?

Check around in the how to secctions for info on replacing it.
