Dude!!!! I would like to get my hands on your ignitor if it's not too spendy. I still don't know for sure if the ignitor is the problem.
I replaced the coil today, and no improvement, so that is not the problem, going to return the coil for a refund ($84 for a fuckin' coil?!), so I removed the ignitor, but don't see any physical signs of damage, but I want to replace it and see what happens. There's nothing in the helms manual that says how to test it, so I'm just gonna stick a new one in.
I really hope I don't have to buy a whole new dizzy for this engine, when I'm gonna have to turn around and buy another one for my D16Y8 in the next few months...

Okay, now this is some bullshit... ALL I DID WAS A FUCKING TUNE-UP! I replaced the air-filter, spark plugs, plug wires, and cap/rotor. Now, it runs like total ass, like it's missing, or like it's running too rich or like the timing is way off.
FAQ:
1.) YES, I gapped all the plugs properly (actually, they were all pre-gapped, but I checked them with the guage anyways).
2.) YES, I'm absolutely POSITIVE that I have the right firing order.
3.) YES, I'm sure all the plug wires are on the right posts.
4.) NO, I did not accidentally bump the distributor, thus affecting the timing (The timing is FULLY controlled by a computer, and the dizzy does NOT rotate, and there is NO way to manually adjust the timing).
5.) YES, all the plug wires are good! They all get spark, and I have personally been shocked by each one of those motherfuckers.
6.) YES, the coil is good.
7.) NO, I didn't fuck with anything else.
I've already posted this in the Jeep Cherokee forum, but if y'all have any ideas, I'd love to hear them (although I wouldn't be surprised if I've already heard them)
