Go with the originals i/h/e. Go with a greddy evo catback there a nice system for both performance and sound,tanabe is also really good but theres lots to choose all depends on what you wanna spend and what your looking to gain. You won't lose power from your exhaust unless you change your piping to like 2.5 on n/a car then you got to much air flow. As for the cai or anything for that matter I stand by the saying you get what you pay for but if your short on funds get what you can afford. Other then that it boils down to how much you wanna spend and how much you want outta the car,otherwise save your money and get a turbo.
