With your car my opinion is that it's quality that you're looking for. Just fork out the little bit more dough and get the AEM CAI w/ bypass. That is what I have on my 2001 Teg SE and I live in London, Ontario. (Rains/snows a little more than twice a year up here). If you're worried about it talk to somebody at an Acura dealership they won't lead you astray. But if you're still confused just go with the cai and bypass and when it comes the the heavy rain/snow season just take off the cold air part and make it into a short ram until it's nice out again.
