Well, which you should get depends on what you want to do. If you want something simple, with some get up and go and lots of stupid aftermarket stuff like Clear tail lights, neons, body kits, and other worthless, tacky things then go for the RSX.
I'm sorry, I'm being really harsh on the RSX here, it's a really nice machine, but there just isn't any competition between it and the other two cars you mentioned.
The RSX is N/A, Has a low torque number, and is FWD.
The WRX is Turbo charged, has an equal ammount of torque and HP(both of which are more than the type-S' HP #) and is AWD. It's a rally car for the street.
Now, If your willing to get a Lancer EVO 8 when it comes out, than you should be comparing it to the WRX Sti which is coming out soon, that would be a fairer comparison. But, out of the three you've got listed here nothing will touch the EVO. It's just like the WRX only with more power and better handling.
So, for all out performance wait for the Lancer, nothing will touch it on a track.
