I believe body-kits.com has some grills.

If you wanted to make a cool looking grill for barely any money though I heard this guy went to home depot, bought a metal grill thet they use in gutter jobs (very waterproof and rustproof) and took off his bumper and tok the dimenstions the grill had to be. Then he cleaned it, sand papered it lightly and painted it with some Krylon. He did quite a few layers and then did a few with a clear coat and then installed it and it looks tight!!
