If the car is under warranty take it back.
Let them fuss with it. If not take the door apart and use white lithium grease in the channels that the window rides in. Make sure that the Delran plastic guides are OK.
If you have a bumper to bumper warranty that you bought let them do it. A new window regulator is mucho expensive and a pain to install.
