I don't know the technical name for this but the drain hole is under that thick black felt that is next to the fire wall almost directly in the middle. you can pull that black stuff up from the bottom and you should see it. After we pulled it up we noticed that the water was dripping and draining down the fire wall and seeping back into the lip that's under the drain hole. I had it bad in my eclipse, mold and about 3 inches of water in my back floor board. All we did was get a piece of hose that fit tight inside the drain hole and cut it about an inch away from the drain hole. And i haven't had a problem with the water since, but i did have to do a lot of cleaning.
