Well, let's look at it this way:
$89 - Borla 2.25" Turbo shipped to my door
$15 - Thrush glasspack from Jegs Performance Shop
$7 - Cheap ass stainless tip from Advance Auto Parts
AND
$150 - custom crush bends from shop in Zanesville, OH
-------------
$260 - Approx. total for all parts and installation

So if you were to add $75-$100, total would be approx. $225 to $250 for labor and parts, NOT including muffler, tip, and glasspack.
I did a lot of searching on custom mandrel and found that you can buy prefab
stainless mandrel bends for $15 to $25 depending on length and degree of bend. The shop was going to cut them to the correct length and weld them to straight stainless piping. And Voila'. A custom mandrel bent cat-back exhaust for approx. $335 to $360. But, I decided to cut costs and save a bit with the crush bends.
How much was the Greddy cat-back?
So I think I was approximating the cost pretty good when I said to add another $75-$100 to that $260 that I paid. And the guy did a fantastic job on my crush bend. He took his time to make it a precise and clean install. I was amazed at how well it turned out, even with the crush bends. He used the largest possible bend casts to keep the crush to a minimum.
