Why make a Civic fast other then the fun of upgrading a car? If it weren't such a trend to work on in-expensive cars right now, i'd have to laugh at even the though.

I've never lost to an import before, and was when the Bonneville was stock.

If you want mix it up with a car, i think it's more fun to work on something that's already got a sporty image associated with it, and turn the thing into a time-bomb.

Sure, it takes 25 grand to make a Honda a performance car. But if you take an old '68 Charger R/T or a '72 GTO and put 25 grand into it, it'll command more respect simply because of the image the car already portrays and the fact that it'll be a one-of-a-kind super hot rod.

Maybe that's just me...here's another side of the argument for discussion. :sun:
