As far as the engine goes, you'll want to use a 88-91 engine since the CRX ECU still uses ODB0 and anything 92 or later uses ODB1 or ODB2 making a swap much more difficult as far as wiring is concerned... the 88-91 engine is also cheaper... example at

You will also need a bolt in mount kit, such as one from

www.hcpengineering.com which are between $450 and $550... You will also need a new shift linkage... either a shortend integra shift linkage or HCP Engineering sells an adjustable linkage.
Transmission will have to be a B-series cable transmission (as opposed to hydrolic)... I think they are the S1, J1 and Y1.... the S1 and J1 are from integra XSi's (I think), and the Y1 is from the SiR.... I'm not sure on the differences, but I'm pretty sure a lot of the Y1 transmissions came with factory LSD.
