Sorry, the info you supplied means they aren't interchangeable.
"5-108" means the Windstar bolt pattern is 5 bolts on a 108mm circle.
"5-115" means the Lumina bolt pattern is 5 bolts on a 115mm circle.
The Windstar and Lumina wheel lugs aren't in the same location; the wheels won't interchange.
