96 Integra LS ABS Problem

All,
My girlfriend has a 96 Integra LS - the ABS light came on and it was making funky noises so we took it to Acura and to cut a long story short they say it will cost $1400 in parts and $380 in labour to fix it.
They sent me a diagram showing the parts we needed and I found them on acuraautomotiveparts.net for only $450 (part 1 and 2 on the image link)
So here are my questions:
1. Has anyone used acuraautomotiveparts.net before? Any gotchyas?
2. The two parts that need replacing are the "Motor Set, ABS" and "Accumulator Set" - has anyone replaced these themselves before? I'm reasonably mechanically inclined but am a little concerned about screwing up something as important as brakes :-)

The parts diagram is at the image url:

Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards,
Matt
