There are indeed AWD P10s and P11s. You cannot import them though - at least not without some serous obstacles to overcome. You cannot install the AWD hardware in a USM P10 or P11 without extensive modification to the unibody.
Yes, the AWD Primera uses a SR20DE. You can use a GTi-R gearbox. That's actually a somewhat common upgrade as I understand it (the GTi-R gearbox is smaller and lighter).
